A Commercial Pilots Licence Requirement
From January 2020, all commercial pilots undergoing training must have proof of Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) from an ATO approved for that course.
This course also requires a thorough grounding in Undesired Aircraft States (UAS), and UPSET prevention and recovery theory and techniques to the required PART-FCL syllabus, as well as the required flight training.
We are pleased to announce that Anglian Flight Centres (ATO 0471) is approved for such training, and has taken a professional approach to the theoretical training element by using the Easy PPL Groundschool UPRT Theory Course.
On completion of the theory course, and on successfully passing the Course Exam contained within this course, the UPRT student can successfully show they have received the necessary theoretical training on this subject.
The method we deliver this capability to you is via on-line study which is a great way to gain the necessary knowledge if you're a busy person. Even if you're not, this method of study may well suit your learning style. (Other ways of learning can be found here).
